For those of you who are wondering exactly how this works or all the steps in the process ... here is our adoption timeline.
1/8/13: Initial meeting with our agency. Submitted our application
1/10/13: Application was accepted! Officially going to be a waiting family!
1/28/13: Meeting to complete our signup paperwork and make our first payment
2/28/13: Submitted our self study to the agency
4/29/13: Home study 1st visit (in the home)
5/6/13: Home study 2nd visit
Hopefully next date will be the phone call! :)
